THURS 14TH - MON 18TH MAY 2026

Olhão, Portugal Retreat

reserve your spot!

A coastal retreat to delight and decompress.

This Algarvian village oozes Portuguese charm as does this small boutique hotel where you can lounge in the rooftop pool, eat delicious food and explore the cobbled streets - a short stroll from the beach and just 15 minutes from Faro airport. Five days of freedom doing exactly what you need—without the guilt.

Rooftop terrace with white walls, potted plants, a built-in white bench with cushions, and a small round wooden table against a bright blue sky.
Inside a restaurant, a green-tiled serving counter with items like jars, baskets, and a chalkboard menu, against a white wall with tiled backsplash and shelves of snacks and bottles.
A small balcony with decorative black wrought iron railing, two flower boxes with purple flowers, a white door with a stone frame, a cream-colored pediment above, and a white building facade under a blue sky.
Rooftop pool with clear blue water, surrounded by white walls, colorful flowers, and a pergola with a bamboo roof under a bright blue sky.

Not the “wellness type?

This one’s for you.

Forget over-polished retreats with rigid itineraries. This is a laid-back, slow-paced escape in a gorgeous, authentic Portuguese fishing village. Wake up when you want, roll into an easy yoga session on a sun-soaked rooftop (or don’t—it’s your call), and spend your days however you damn well please. Wander cobbled streets, take a boat to Fuseta island, or just stretch out by the pool with a book and a cold drink.

Who is this for? Women seeking what’s increasingly rare: authentic conversation without distraction, true rest without guilt, and a lightness to create without expectation, to have fun, to swim, to read, to laugh together over shared tables.

i want in!

You so belong here (but guilt doesn’t)

Some come for solitude. Some come for deep conversations. Some leave with lifelong friendships.

However you show up, you’ll be surrounded by women who get it. Women who are done with the guilt, and never-ending to-do list.

A retreat can be a simple reset or it can change everything. That’s the beauty of free time—it has a way of showing you exactly what you need.

Retreat FAQs

  • Flights, transfers/taxis, travel insurance, alcohol and reflexology are paid extras.

I strongly recommend getting travel insurance before booking—because life happens, and it’s always best to be covered.

  • Nope! Many women come alone, and it’s one of the best things about the experience. You’ll be in a relaxed, open environment where it’s easy to connect with others if you want to—but you’ll also have plenty of space for solitude. No awkward small talk required.

  • Totally normal. But trust me—within a few hours, you’ll feel at ease. My retreats are designed for women just like you, and you’ll find a mix of friendly faces and plenty of personal space. Plus, there’s something powerful about stepping outside your usual routine and doing something just for you.

  • Comfort is key. Think soft clothes you can lounge in, layers for changing weather, a comfy swimsuit and a notebook if you like to journal. No need for fancy outfits unless you want to dress up for dinner. And don’t forget the essentials: toiletries, any medications, and a good book!

  • Yes, yes, and yes. Life is unpredictable, and while I’d love to think nothing will go wrong, travel insurance ensures you’re protected if plans change, flights are delayed, or something unexpected comes up. Always have insurance in place BEFORE you book your retreat.

  • Delicious, nourishing, and full of variety. Expect fresh, local ingredients with plenty of options—whether you’re a foodie, a plant-based eater, or someone who just loves a good meal. Let me know about any dietary needs after you’ve booked, and i’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

  • Absolutely not. Everything is optional. Want to sleep in? Do it. Prefer a quiet walk over a group dinner? That’s fine too. This retreat is not about keeping up—it’s about slowing down.

  • Perfect—this one’s for you! There’s no experience required, no rules to follow, and no expectations to meet. You don’t need to be "into wellness" or have any prior retreat experience. If you need a break, you qualify.

  • Once you book, I’ll send detailed travel info, including the best flight times and i’ll add you to a group whatsapp chat to organise shared taxis between you if the timings work.

  • Most retreats come with packed schedules, early-morning workouts, and a feeling that you should be doing certain things to get the "full experience." Not here. There are no wellness rules, no rigid itineraries—just space, freedom, and a carefully chosen environment where you can truly unwind. It’s your time, your way.

  • Women who need a break from being needed all the time. If you’re exhausted from juggling work, family, and a never-ending to-do list, this is for you.

If you crave space to breathe, reflect, or just be—this is for you.

If you want to meet like-minded women but also have the freedom to go solo, this is for you.

Basically, if you feel drawn to it, trust that instinct.

  • Life happens. I get it. The retreat terms & conditions can be found here and will also be linked at checkout, but this is another reason why travel insurance is so important.

I’ll always do my best to work with you, but having insurance ensures you’re covered if things change unexpectedly.
