CANCELLATION POLICY

I am a small business with limited appointments which require pre-payment in full. You will receive a 24hr reminder email so please check your spam inbox if you are booking for the first time.

• Appointments up to 24 hours can be easily changed/cancelled via the button in your confirmation email at no extra cost.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows will not be refunded.

• If you need to change your appointment, please notify me asap at hello@chrissysilva.com or text/whatsapp me on 07949233122

GIFT VOUCHERS & PACKAGES

• Gift Vouchers / Packages purchased through my Website will be delivered electronically to the recipient's email address where they can choose to download and print or use the link to book online. A payment receipt is sent via email to the purchaser.

• Gifted reflexology can be performed at both Montpellier clinic and my home clinic in Bourton-On-The-Water (full addresses are provided in the confirmation email)

• Gift Vouchers / Packages must be redeemed by online booking via my Website, as full or part payment of reflexology services.

• A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a Foundation Series, Membership or further Gift Vouchers.

• Site offers and promotions do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

• All Gift Vouchers & Packages are dated and expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against Reflexology services purchased in the same currency (£GBP) as the Gift Certificate.

• I am not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
