We lay down the foundations. Six weekly reflexology sessions tailored to your needs — each building on the last to create the momentum your body needs to create enough impact for change. This is the most effective way to start working with Chrissy and is the natural precursor to the Reflex Regular membership.

3 month minimum · rolling monthly thereafter
Monthly maintenance sessions for clients who have completed a Foundation Series or want consistent ongoing support. One session a month, a practitioner who knows your body, and the kind of steady progress that accumulates over time.

Not ready to commit to a Foundation Series yet? A single session is a perfectly good place to start. Most clients who come for one session book the Foundation Series or Membership shortly afterwards — but there's zero pressure and no obligation.
